the french

Don't know what the hell this thread is supposed to refer to....

Just one thing regarding French Women they are no hairrier then any other women, and they tend to be more elegantly dressed. However, that they make better lovers is a myth......unfortunately

why the french make a big deal about the u.s calling fries "french fries"? we'll call them whatever the hell we wanna call them :cmad:

They have really good food.

now that I've tried French cuisine I've found a new appreciation for French culture. I might even learn French now! I already speak Spanish, I bet it wouldn't be too hard.
It's not so hard. I thought it would be.:O

oh and there not french fries here in the states...FREEDOM FRIES :whatever:

stupidest thing ever :o

You know the funny thing about French Fries is that they originated in what is now the French part of Belgium.

My French teacher who was from from france said that french people don't like Belguim apparently. They have lots of jokes about belgians like we have about the irish.

Everyone I've talked to that has traveled to France in the past 10 years has said they were treated like garbage. It didn't matter if they were in the countryside (but not as bad), in Paris, or at a RESTAURANT talking to the WAITER, everyone acted like an a$$hole to them!

A couple told me they had to pretend they were from Canada or they wouldn't even get served at some restaurants....

the French are some sons of _______.

That is true even though it is pretty unfounded.

I cannot speak for your freinds and I have no idea where they went but it seems that had quite an unfortunate experience.

The french can be rude at times in restaurants and the service in low price places are not at the level as in the States. However, the higher end is of a better quality then that in the States.

I say this after having lived almsot 10 years in the States (in LA and NYC) and over 10 in Paris. It really depends where you go and how you treat the personnel.

Cell, have you ever actually met someone from France?

Myself, I spent a day in Paris, which is my only experience in the country, but it was a cool experience. No snobbery, and I didn't have to claim I was Canadian. And the few French people I've known have been pretty nice (also, hot, as most have been women).

i'm part french. i've got no problem with them. people like bill o'reilly who call for a boycott of france are ****ing morons. there's not other way to put it.

I love everything about France. The food, the language, everything. C'est bon!

They have a problem regarding personal hygiene, from what I understand.

why is it that some thought that i was bashing the french with this thread? i just asked a question to see what you all would do thats all.

Germany, Italy and the U.K are better. They don't have a vendetta against absinthe and they have less radical Muslims.
