The Ghost Thread

I'm a firm believer in ghosts. Ever since I was a little boy I always believed that ghosts exist in some fashion. Why are certain people so closed minded to the fact that things happen that can't be explained?

I've never been on an actual ghost hunt, however, it would be a unique experience to go on one and see how everything is conducted.

I really hate when they screw up the vids with lots of music and dramatic titles and such. :whatever:

LW, do you already have some specific places you plan to go, picked out?
And what will you do if you find some type of ghost activity?

Whats funny is how religious people don't believe in ghosts, when they are meant to believe in the holy ghost.

That's because of what their religion teaches. But they do believe in demons.

I'm starting out in graveyards, I want to get experience and than do a documentary on the paranormal. I want to collect evidence, not just for skeptics but for myself.

i want to spend the night in a cemetary , just to see.

I always liked graveyards. They're so serene.

But are there any houses or other places near where you live, that have a reputation for being haunted?

Not that I know of, but there are places in Ireland that are hunted which I could look into!

As old as things are over there, I would imagine there would be some good possibilities.

I love graveyeards, too Grew up right across the street from an old, old big one. Pre-revolutary war graves and all. Very peaceful.

Sure, almost every neighborhood had a "spook" house when I was a kid. Hell in Pennsylvania we take pride in the number of spooky places we have:yay:

Actually, there is a passage in the Old Testament that warns against consorting with the dead/witchcraft/etc. So there's my basis for believing in this stuff.

If this precipitates a debate I appologize in advance.

I respect the dead, running around a graveyard at night is the wrong thing to do. Now I certainly believe in spirits but have had no real personal experiences. But I warn you, get your jollies at the resting place of thousands of souls will soon not be an experience you will forget...especially if one follows you home.

^what did you do . also you can stay at a graveyard during the night and be respectful.

don't play innocent. what's his death year?:yay:
