Some ghosts get to move on.
As far as I know a blessing of a place helps them to move on.

A lot of ghosts comes back to tell there loved ones they are still around and they they return to the other side.

A lot of ghosts don't move on.

Named so after the brown evening gown she appears in, this ghost has appeared in photos that to this day cannot be proved as hoaxes. i was walking on the beach with one of my friends late at night , there was a girl walking ahead of us closer to the water , we thought she might of been cute , she had long black hair and was wearing a black dress , we werent following her but we headed in the same direction to the other side of town, she slowed down and so were closer to her , then she vanished right in front of us , just dissapeared into nothing before our eyes ... that was one of the weirdest things ive ever seen.

Yeah, I don't talk about it all that much. For some reason, those experiences don't seem to me to be things I should broadcast.

basically if you tell people anything they cant believe it , unless they were there. i had some weird experiences but when people tell me their stories i never believe.
