I'm not trying to bash this film cuz I loved it. Just thought it would be funny to see what went wrong.

Take a look, notice how the darts are placed in a horizontal line:

Now notice that they are placed vertically:

Ok, it's minor but he is Wolverine after all:

Now that's an insect flying around (way more visible when you see the film).

Take a look at the books, do you see a difference?

I'll post more images IF I can find more goofs.

Magneto explains that the reason for his helmet is to keep Charles from prying into his mind. It's a point made clear in X1 and again in X2. So why in X3 is Magneto still wearing the helmet, especially when he knows now that Charles is dead? Did he get attached to the "look"?

Charles isn't the only telepath, remember? Magneto was probably aware of Jean's ever-twisting personality. Who knows what she would end up doing? Not to mention, he probably didn't want her reading his thoughts, especially those dealing with him manipulating her.

With Jean stilll alive, why would you even question the reason for him wearing the helmet? duh!

And thanks Pauluz .. you rock!

Jean with her new powers would hardly be bothered by a little helmet like that. And even if she was, it would be child's play to just yank it off his head with a little TK.

Good point though about not wanting her to know his true intentions. It's something that the good guys could have exploited right back. "He's lying to you Jean! He's just using you as a tool to fight us! Don't believe us? read his thoughts!" but alas that's another angle they didn't bother playing with.

BTW, I don't see where the goof is with those books. One of the lamps ends up being knocked down too. If she knocked down the lamp, she would have knocked down the books too

I hate people pointing out 'goofs' - it distracts me when i watch the movie if i am aware of these things, so I haven't looked closely at the above pictures... Why do people want to ruin it for themselves and for everyone else? I enjoyed the movie and want to keep it that way!

*leaves thread*

Look at the size of the pile of books. :)

I think the books find is not a goof. If you also look, the lamp in now on the floor as well. This is when Phoenix is starting to get pissed off and drops the book case.

I dont like nit-picking. I think the crew had more to worry about than a couple of books and insects.

I Havent Seen X3 Yet But So What Happened To Jean At The End Of X2? And Charles Dies?

In a nutshell, at the end of X2, Jean sacrifices herself in order to save her fellow X-Men. With her growing powers, Jean safely isolates the X-Men in the cabin of the X-Jet while simultaneously holding back the now displaced Alkali lake. She kick starts the X-Jet while telekinetically lifting it from harm's way and leaves a parting message to the X-Men before the wave of water comes toppling down on her. She begins to reemerge from Alkali lake as the Phoenix and, as the Phoenix effect is about to burst through the water, the credits role.

In The Last Stand, we are led to believe that Xavier dies at the hands of Jean Grey. After the end credits, it is revealed that Xavier has placed his mind inside of another body (either a clone body or that of someone else). We don't know.

I dont know if I agree with the bolded part. I never took that as she was 'about to burst through the water'. I just took that part as a way of showing what was coming next.

You've got a good eye, Pauluz, I would never have noticed those.

PS: The quality of the version of X3 you have is superb!

Well, I noticed the darts in the theatre but the other things I got from IMDB and from people commenting here.

It is :woot:

HEhe....I didn't notice that! Funny!

I dont see a camera reflection ... the point of that image is to show that Wolverine has a booboo on his finger .... he should never have booboo's :D

Found another goof, remember the pic where Colossus is holding the kid on the couch? Check this out, I was watching the Xavier funeral scene and we see a couple shots of X-kids crying but then my eye caught something:

I'm thinking that it is more of a montage, showing children mourning more than just on his funeral day.
