Eli Roth's newest film he directed -- albeit completed two years ago -- and it looks like a pass for me. I watched the red-band clip... not going to link to it, but yeah, disgusting. I couldn't sit through it.

I don't understand this horror sub-genre where the viewer endures these graphic images and the 'prize' is sitting through the whole movie without walking out.

I'm not usually into these movies, but I'm somewhat tempted to see this because part of me really wants to see a bunch of SJWs get eaten by cannibals.

So you made a thread for a film you don't want to see. Makes sense.

Cannibal films both attract and repulse me. I was curious about the movie to see how far it pushes the R-rating (one review said it hits NC-17 levels of gore), but that red-band clip just killed my curiosity.

Just watched it, not as bad as I thought it would be. It was still pretty gross, but almost comical to me. I'm weird that way.

Cool poster by Ralf Krause.

It is the context of the graphic content that one must consider. Here, it seems that the tribe is intended to be honestly portrayed - a people who live by what they believe, rather than what people from a different society to to categorize them...as...yes.

Kicking the noble savage stereotype in the teeth.

I know that Lorena Izzo is a Latina but is her character one too?

Is this any good? It's out here on BD n a few weeks and I am curious about it.

If you like watching SJWs get wrecked, then yea. It's also a nice homage to cannibal flick, which Roth lists in the credits. It's one of his better films.
