The Guy?

There is a comic character known as "the guy" I was wondering if anyone has any idea who he may be or at least what company produced him He is suppose to be a very muscular guy and well dressed like johnny bravo. My friend was telling me about him he says that he has seen a few comics of this "guy" it could be a different name nothing is for certain and wikipedia isn't helping. any info is helpful.

I don't think it is the goon I saw a few pics of the goon and he doesn't seem to fit the description I was given. I gotta have him find the comic eventually I will have the answer to this mystery
