I haven't been on here in a long while, how is everyone? I wrote this based on an RPG that's going on at the moment on another forum I go on. Anyway, on with the story!
The Havoc of Being a Symbiote
Chapter 1 - An odd find.
Well, this was certainly odd. First things first, let me introduce myself. I'm a sixteen-year old boy named Henry Baker. And this is my story of my odd find that changed my life forever. I was walking home from school one afternoon, when something in the gutter caught my eye. I bent down to look, and saw a strange green type liquid. I bent down and touched it, and it wobbled before lying still again. I wondered what it was, and decided to take it home. I scooped it up and took a small canister from my bag supposed to be for my science homework, but I didn't need four anyway. I dropped the substance in the canister, and kept walking. I arrived home shortly after, and went up to my room to look at the stuff. I put it under my microscope and saw the weird molecules. I got my handbook to help identify it, and was shocked to discover that there was a diagram of molecules that looked sort of like the ones of the peice of liquid, and it was in the chapter called Molecules of Living Organisms! I quickly shut it back in the container (Not noticing I hadn't shut it properly), and went down stairs. Unbeknowst to me, the liquid had leapt out of the container and crawl along onto my ankle. I went outside to go out with my friend Jake Coles and my girlfriend Chelsea Manning. We were walking along when Jake suddenly raised his eyebrow.
"What?" I asked.
"What's that thing climbing up your leg?" He was still staring at the back of my leg. I lifted my trouser leg round to look, and saw the green stuff spreading across it. I tried to pull it off, but it just jumped onto my hand and covered it, almost becoming a thick, green, slimy glove. It didn't stop there, it continued covering my arm. Jake was frozen to the spot and Chelsea began screaming. I started to scream to as it finished with my arm, and began with my chest. I clawed at it with my human hand, and it then covered that too. By now one-third of my body was transformed. I screamed for help, and Jake ran over and began to try and rip it off, just to be thrown back by a tendril that whipped out from the slime. My whole body was now covered, and I dropped to the ground as it covered my head. I raised up and Chelsea screamed even more as I looked down at my body in wonder. It was now green with some red veins. A blue square was situated on the back of each hand, and a giant blue spider broadened across my chest.
"What has happened to me?" I asked, more to myself than my friends. I realised my voice sounded a lot more, how can I put it, vicious and snakelike.
"Henry, you look....Amazingly awesome!" Jake said, half smiling in amazement.
"My God. My God. My God." Chelsea said, in complete shock. I was still shocked, too, at the transformation that had happened.
"How-How can I change back?" I wondered aloud, and as if reacting to my question. The suit became feature less and morphed into a cool green shirt with black jeans and some black Bumper boots. I grinned. I didn't know what it was, or how it had come here, but I was pleased I had it. I knew that I would begin to help out, destroy criminals.
"Weren't we going out?" I smiled, and strided down the road.
