Infinity War The Heroes That Stand Before Thanos

So it's clear this is an Avengers film but what heroes would you like to see involved? It's likely the GOTG will be involved in standing up to Thanos with the Avengers. Would you like to see the Defenders and Inhumans involved too?

Current Avengers + Vision, Twins, Winter Soldier, Falcon, GoTG, Adam Warlock, Dr Strange, Black Panther and Captain Marvel

That is already 20 characters, I'm not sure I need to see the Defenders or anyone from AoS try and take on Thanos. Maybe a few inhumans can get involved in the second part

I think it'll mainly be the Avengers in Part 1, alongside Winter Soldier, Faclon etc. The Guardians could show up at the end, to lead into Part 2, which would feature them and maybe the Inhumans, and perhaps the Defenders.

Everyone from TV and Cinema. This is the battle for reality as we know it. Everyone has to play their part. Even if it is only a couple of seconds of seeing battles happening on earth while the big fight is off world.

It would be pretty cool to get a scene like in EMH - Cap sends out the call for all the heroes of the Earth (and even the villains) to band together to fight as Avengers. That would be a totally awesome and chills-evoking scene.

I want them to pull out all the stops for this one. Two movies is plenty of time to give everyone a fair amount of screentime. This goes for all Avengers and associated characters like Falcon, Rhodey, etc., the Guardians of the Galaxy, and even the SHIELD agents. The Inhumans and Captain Marvel will probably be brought in during Part II since their films are released after Part I hits.

I think all The Avengers, Black Panther, Captain Marvel, Dr Strange and the GOTG should be the main characters but I think it would be a shame if they didn't have every character at least make a cameo in the final battle. Marvel should trust that their audiences know their characters enough that we can recognise them without them having a big role.

I might be too new to know much about the comic battle between thanos and the avengers... if thanos is this powerful being. how are the avengers and any other mcu hero able to battle with this guy? Seems like a losing battle to begin with.

I definitely want everyone in the MCU involved. LOTR had a HUGE cast. Now this won't be 3 movies long, but still 2 movies is quite a bit, especially if both are over 2 hours long.

Instead of just assigning certain roles to random civilians/ agents etc, we should get the AOS cast, even if these are just small cameos.

Also want to see Mar-Vell in it, who could potentially die at the end of Part 1 and make way for Carol Danvers (who should already be around as well in Part 1).

And I want to see all the Netflix heroes onboard. If this were a real war on earth, these people wouldn't just stand by idly. They'd join in and help in any way they can. Surely DD can't use the excuse that he didn't see what was going on so didn't get involved.

If they have all these characters and actors involved, it could be the biggest movie of all time. Marvel already have assembled an impressive cast of actors.

It just wouldn't work. The smaller heroes will be attacking the other villains while the big guys (Cap. Marvel, Thor, Hulk, etc.) will likely be on Thanos.

It's gotta be Cap wielding Mjolnir. That would be an epic scene that would be fitting for the defeat of Thanos.

I would like for there to be cannon fodder villains with actual faces and personalities this time round in addition to any faceless ones. In Avengers 1 we had the Chitauri. In Avengers 2 it looks like it will be the Ultron drones. I want an army of supervillains we've seen before in the movies or Agents of SHIELD.

Let some of the heroes actually be duking it out with the likes of Absorbing Man or the Abomination, or some of the Hydra villains. As to why they could be involved, well they might just be taking advantage of the situation and on a rampage, or Thanos has somehow rallied them. Let us also see the likes of Nebula returning and any other Guardians or Inhumans villains showing up.

And let's have Michael Douglas using the Pym particles to become Giant Man or having Scott Lang do that.

Marvel will probably go all out and have Hiddleston involved, as he'll be yet another crowd draw. They'd be crazy to leave him out of their biggest movie ever, even just for business reasons.

I want to know what Wilson Fisk is going to do, because controlling his mobs is going to seem rather trivial in light of the Thanos situation.

Maybe throw in Falcon, War Machine, etc, but mainly everyone else to fight off whatever "universal army" Thanos will have (because I'm sure he'll have one).
