My 10 year old niece is a better rapper than U-God and Masta Killa.

You're buggin. U-God probably is the weakest member of the Clan but lyrically he's still dope. He's not consistent enough to make an album but he's guest appearances are ill.

Masta Killa probably had arguably the best verse on 36 chambers, and a lot of standout verses on Cuban Linx, forever. His solo album was dope too. at MOST you can say Masta Killa is a second rate Gza (which makes sense since Gza mentored him).

Em, Mos, and Black = lyrically crapping over MTV's entire "Hottest MCs In The Game" list!!! They were on some serious "I'm tryin' to get a goddamn record deal, goddammit!!" ish! Em did have a bit of a slow start, but he hit his stride pretty quick, then went for broke!

While true, if you're a self-proclaimed "Greatest Rapper Alive", you shouldn't really be ignoring credible threats to your rep. I understand that he can't address every rapper taking shots at him, this is Beanie. Everyone knows Beanie has credibility. So this is pretty legit.

With that said, ever since he pulled that Summerjam stunt and got ether'd, I think Jay doesn't want to ever put himself in that scenario again. He'll prolly pull Beanie aside on a personal basis.
