The Interview- Rogen and Franco Try to Assassinate Kim Jong Un

And the hits just keep on coming for poor Mr. Un

I swear Rogen, Franco, Goldman or Sterling came across an article of Rodman talking about North Korea and that's what inspired The Interview.

It must have. There's even a scene of Kim Jung Un playing basketball with Franco where I half expected Rodman to have a cameo.

I watched this on Netflix last night and thought it was okay. It's not as funny as This Is The End or other other movies from Rogan such as Superbad etc but I did laugh out loud a few times watching this. Franco was also pretty funny in the movie.

Overall, I give it a 7/10.

6.5/10. Decent story/lackluster script, mostly great performances, surprisingly good (for the most part) cinematography. Wasn't nearly good enough to justify the controversy surrounding it, but I don't think anybody thought it would be. Still a pretty decent movie.

My thoughts exactly. I also found the Kim Jung/Franco bromance a tad over the top.

I guess I'll watch it on a day off then. But I'm not actually paying for it. I'm paying an extra $7.99 to watch Robocop.

I'm stealing half of the quotes for this movie, such as :

Motha' f*****' peanut butter and jealous!

Blowing up head of state's heads seems to be a thing now. First this, then
Obama in Kingsman.

It came out on video this week, got it on Blu Ray for 15 bucks with a free theater sized poster at FYE at the local mall today :awesome:.

*****in' shirt I got from work today....

"He's no god! He has a butthole!" :lmao: :lmao:

Finally caught this on Netflix a couple days back and I thought it was absolutely hilarious. Franco and Rogen killed it as usual and overall I liked this movie way more than I thought I would. I definitely see myself coming back to this one in the future. Great stuff.
