I found a picture where her crotch is clearly shown. I won't put it here because it's clearly nudity.

I found an uncensored version, and it's unnecessary censorship because you don't see any pubes....you don't see her vajay jay.

If you could see what was supposed to be hidden (which it sounds on people that you really can't, I haven't looked) that's more of a problem for her than for me. I certainly don't want to be one of those that is sitting and cheering at violence in movies (which I do) and then get horrified by something to do with sexuality. Sex probably builds better worlds than violence.

I have a "problem" with it in the sense that I don't care for dresses like the one she is wearing but I'm not going to insinuate that she is some sort of bad person because of a dress.

In the side pictures, you can clearly see that she is not wearing any underwear and you can see her crotch. I would post the picture, but as Vartha said, it would be a banning type of picture. Which begs the question, if it's appropriate attire, why wouldn't we be allowed to post the uncensored pictures?

For the record, I'm not a prude (far from it if you actually knew me personally). But, there is a time and a place for expression. Our culture is overly sexualized and overly violent (as others pointed out). Less of both would be better.

But we all know, as long as the woman is hot, then she can wear whatever she wants. If it was this actress:

Wearing Jaimie's dress, we would probably see comments like "Ew, gross" and "Put on some clothes."

These are my thoughts exactly. I'm not overly fond of that dress but I don't think Jaimie is a bad person for wearing it. I would not have chosen to wear something that breezy myself but that's no reason to hate her for wearing it.

Hence our distaste at the outfit. Its got nothing to do with Jaimie, its a stupid outfit and whoever decided on it should have seen this coming! I mean, you can't tape it to her legs like you can the top.

Put it this way, she's wearing more than some women AND men in Bathing suits that barely cover themselves.

You need to re-read the thread. Most people have been saying the dress is trashy and have rightly said that if it wasn't someone you liked such as Paris Hilton some opinions would be different. That is true.

I do remember the self respect one but not the knowledge of human qualities beyond good looks one.

The person who brought up feminism was 'defending' Jamie while being sexist themselves. They didn't seem to know that dressing provocatively doesn't mean she's asking for sex. Because the **** shaming must be about having sex as a **** is someone who has lots of it.

What are you not getting? The bolded was in a movie. If you didn't want to see the movie, you didn't have to. Jaimie wears a revealing dress to a movie premiere where everyone and their dog is watching, you can't hide from that. It was inappropriate.

If Melissa McCarthy wore a dress like that to a movie premiere, you can be damn sure that the comments directed towards her would be negative.
