i think it'd be quality, plus he started as a Spider-Man villian, they wouldn't have to mention Daredevil at all, i just doubt that sony have the rights to him, i think fox do at the moment.

When the character's appearance resembles the comics it makes it so much cooler,and MCD doesn't accomplish that.Plus MCD is not a good actor.I'd rather they get an amazing actor who has prosthetics put on him.

well the problem is that since kingpin was in the dd movie then he is a character owned by fox and fox doesnt do the sm films
