My digestion process isn't working at 100% efficiency so my Doctor suggested trying a meatless diet... so far it's working like a charm, no problems at all.

I've told, no idea if it's accurate and 100% true, that it takes days for the body to digest meat.

I've noticed that I rarely eat meat during the weekdays, cooking meat for one is not very fun, unless you are planning to freeze some for later (nom nom nom, like pastrami). And I feel slightly better or at least not that bloated. Now, when Sunday comes and my dad makes BBQ... Darling, I eat meat like a cave woman, and that's all my stomach can take for the rest of the day. Well, some cake or ice cream.

Curious, @John Bigboote but have you tried limiting yourself to specific meats?

I can't speak for all, but (for example) a lot of gym freaks live on rice and chicken; chicken being a good source of protein. I'm wondering whether you may simply have an intolerance to red meat like Beef, Lamb, Venison etc, but would otherwise be okay with white meats such as Pork, Chicken and Turkey.

Red meat is said to be harder on the digestive system than white meat.

Meat in general plays havoc in my guts, I get nuclear cramps and so it's very easy to just not eat meat at all.

My preference is Rekorderlig, but the venue didn’t have that so I went with the next best thing. Both the Rekorderlig and Kopperberg brands do a wild berry flavour though (among others).

Nope, we is good. I got a Vegas Vacation for Christmas and we was gone the next day for a week of fun frolic frivolity and fantastic funkadooling. Not in that order. I won more coin than I have ever in my entire life... and then lost 90% of it in 10 minutes. Ah gotta love Vegas. Hit the buffets like an Old Testament plague and raided the strip like Vikings. Dionysus himself couldn't have had a more debauchery packed into that trip than we did. I'm full, sore, and drained to my last. Best Christmas/New Years ever!
