Liev did/will do a good job in X-Men Origins. He was/will be the right choice for the role.

The one thing I was hoping for is why is there such a dramatic difference between the Sabretooth in Wolverine & the Sabretooth in X-Men. The Wolverine one was alot more fun to watch

I think it has more to do with the fact that X1 Sabretooth was written as a grunt then the fact that Mane can't act.

Though Tyler would definitely not have been able to pull off Liev's Creed.

Your supposed to acknowledge that decisions made 10 years ago shouldn't restrict what people are trying to achieve today. Sabretooth was a minor character in X1. In Wolverine he is an actual character so obviously things have to be different. Apparently Liev tried the blonde wig and it looked stupid so they ditched it.

I'd rather have a fleshed out character that doesn't look stupid today, rather than go by what a wardrobe assistant decided a decade ago.

I totally agree with what your saying . What I meant to say was, could we acknowledge these two as the same character . I was really dissapointed with what happened to Sabretooth in X1 but would like to pretend he just reduced himself to grunting after years of frustration or something .
