I think lizard will be the biggest challenge to bring to the screen. Why? because its hard to get his face perfect there's lots of interpretations but really to me there's not one in particular that looks like the definitve lizard. I think they should end up with a lizard that takes different elements from the best incarnations. He should look like a mounstrous mutation because that's what he is, but not like a mindless moster nor human either. I think the most important thing on his look would be his eyes he should have a malignous stare that frightens not because of his monster appearence but because his eyes tell you that he's self aware of the power he has. Its hard to explain but if done right it will be the most visualy impressive villain inthe franchise.
