I'm not sure what's worse. The fact you sold out, or the fact that you sold out to the friggin' Burlington Coat Factory.

:csad:

You seem to have me confused for a man with shame.

I spent $110 on two shirts and a pair (1) of jeans. That's not bad, right?

Saturday evening I spent $150 on a jacket, two pairs of jeans, and five shirts. All bought on sale at American Eagle and Express.

Some friends much more savvy at shopping for clothes than myself took me on a makeover excursion. All I have left to get are another pair of shoes, another pair of gloves to match my new jacket, and a scarf.

That's alot more reasonable than Poetic Chaos' two shirts and a pair of jeans for the same amount.

My friends are very good at managing to fill their wardrobes with thousands of dollars' worth of designer clothes for a fraction of the cost.

Seriously, I don't see how Poetic Chaos's shopping experience could be considered unreasonable.

You're shopping at Calvin Klein and the Gap, for crying out loud. If you want a specific brand name and can afford 50 bucks for a shirt, I don't want to hear you complaining. :cwink:

You can get the exact same look without the logo plastered on it for much, much less.

I really didn't think shopping at the Gap would be considered excessive. :o

I don't think shopping at the Gap is excessive....but I'm used to hanging around people who shop at more expensive places than the Gap.

I confess that it was quite hilarious to watch my extremely drunk buddy hit on my girlfriend. I obviously would have stepped in when things went to far, but he passed out during so nothing bad happened.

Well, I did toss him into a bed next do some ugly passed out chick. Now he thinks he ****ed her. It was hilarous when he called the next day saying "Yeah, I think I lost my virginity to a cave troll"

Well if someone mentioned Dolce & Gabbana, Armani, Brooks Brothers, etc., I would consider that expensive.

The Gap is very over-priced. You can get twice as much at either a thrift store, or Target/Wal-mart. I think Schloss did fine. That's a lot of stuff for $150

The last time I bought anything from Target was a t-shirt from there which was like some sort of Star Wars or Comic one. I don't remember. I don't particularly like their clothing.

I shop at Banana Republic, J Crew, and the Gap. I always thought they were the middle of the road in terms of prices. It's not like I buy all my stuff at Burberry, or some of the other stores I listed.

I do love Burberry ties though.

I'm an Old Navy guy. Same company as gap, but things are usually cheaper. Jeans I get fr $30 at most, and depending on the shirt, $20-25. Though I do love the $5 plain tees.

Target is great for random inexpensive things like pajama pants or a plain hoodie, etc.

Banana has been disappointing me as of late :csad: It's the only store from that company that I frequent. I despise Old Navy. I usually hate the Gap, but when I passed by this weekend I saw some semi-appealing spring pieces. May have to check it out.

My brother and a few friends spend $200 on one pair of jeans. No True Religion's for me. My past 5 pair of shoes have been from Aldo and I most commonly shop at H&M. Their pricing really isn't bad.

I confess that I was flipping through the channels on tv and came across 'Toddlers and Tiaras'. To say that I am absolutely horrified by the child abuse taking place on my screen would be an understatement!

I confess that I'm afraid of getting fired. My manager didn't like me in Health & Beauty, so he's stuck me in Receiving, unloading the truck, and frankly, at the risk of sounding like a *****, I don't think I can hack it back there. Physically.

I confess I may be coming to the end of my rope.

I sincerely hope not...

Unloading trucks is a very tough position. I used to have to go back there and help when I worked at Wal*Mart. It was very demanding...to say the least.

Robbie even seemed kind of shocked when he found out about it...he said "who saw your tiny arms and thought you looked like you belonged in Receiving?"
