There's about...easily 20 odd novels and novellas within that world for them to mine if they so choose. The source material was so rich that I think in the hands of real talent it could potentially become a Conan the Barbarian style franchise at the very least. The novellas felt like something from the 30s pulp era, with a good dose of Gothic blended in.

The point is, you guys think I'm a hero and I'll accept that responsibility

Who would you cast as the Hunter? I know it's cliche but... I could see Cumberbatch. The look and the voice fit up in my mind of what that character adapted to live action could be.

I could see Cumberbatch, yeah. Ideally you need an actor who has the look and gravitas to pull off the appearance of aristocracy, yet also an element of a Sergio Leone protagonist, I think C-Batch could do it. Had a film been made in the 90s I could have seen a young Daniel Craig filling the role.

[BLACKOUT]:oldrazz: I say in my review I knew it was gonna be divisive. Sorry you didn't like it man.

"Thus began the KRYPTON/Reek Civil War. :o :cwink:[/BLACKOUT]
the thing is i didn't like it because of how they delivered it. and how crappily edited it was... there's definitely a great movie somewhere in the editing room... a very long epic movie.. but they cut it to bits and eesh

oh and by the way... I hate you now and we have to be mean to each other in every thread we see one another in.

I don't have the energy right now. Can we just make plans to side eye each other for a couple of weeks when we pass each other in the hallway or something?

No... I'd prefer to slyly make your life a living hell... some how you will run over a nail... your toilet will overflow... some how you'll have icy hot in your underwear...

it's going to be a very bad few weeks for you.

Seems like a big chunk of time an resources. Plus, I don't have a car, my bathroom is already a mess and I do have a bit of sciatica so I could use some relief.

I've never seen him in interviews but he's that type of actor that has done so many heavy roles you almost expect him in real life to be this insane, dark guy. As my mom says, "I bet you he's really a sweet man that likes children and animals."

I even liked him in METRO that Eddie Murphy flick, which... I have a soft spot for. I think it's actually a decent action film.

She was amazing in BvS IMO, obliterated any doubt ive had with her over the years.

Her mannerisms felt like Marvel's Thor to me.

I thought her line to the effect of, "They are honoring him as a soldier. That's the only way they know how." was quite poetic.

The way she smirked after she got pushed away from doomsday was awesome, kind of like Thor's mannerisms, their both battle hardened warriors ready for the kill, it was basically her version of Thor saying "IS THAT THE BEST YOU COULD DO?!", love it! :woot:

They probably just get all that aggression out of their system in their day jobs. :woot:

Alan Rickman is a perfect example, Eobard...

The kids on the Harry Potter sets, and the cast in general, adored the man.

Snape wasn't all bad. He put himself in front of a werewolf for those kids.
