The Hateful Eight's proving to be a fun little western.

I enjoyed it. Not my favorite from Tarantino and the ending was kinda "eh" for me, but it was certainly entertaining.

I read a theory that many of the shots from the beginning of the trailer - El Diablo, Killer Croc, Boomerang shouting at the camera, despondent Deadshot are from the end of the movie.

That bag that Boomerang is in says that he was shipped from Australia. It's possible that the surviving members are sent back to prison.

I can see that only the Joker and Harley Quinn will survive. ...considering how popular they are and how they can be used to turn the tables against batman...superman ...wonder woman and all em freaks.

The cartoon is what I am talking about with JLU. I think so far the Squad has only appeared in that Episode of JLU and in the ASSAULT ON ARKHAM DTV. Maybe they were in something else but I don't remember them in any other DCAU stuff except that JLU ep. Maybe they were in THE BATMAN but I didn't see too much of that show.

Counting TH8, I've seen Inglorious Basterds (my first), Django Unchained. Does Kill Bill come recommended? I really like how over the top his action sequences can get. Its the very personification of "all hell breaking loose."

You haven't seen either KILL BILL Vol. 1 or 2?

Well, I recommend both. They are homages to Kung-Fu revenge flicks. Very stylish and stylized. I know most like vol. 1 over vol. 2 but I love both. Part one is more action heavy but there's some great stuff in vol. 2 as well.

Avoid Death Proof...that was the worst thing QT's ever done IMO

I have a soft spot for DEATHPROOF for whatever reason. It's messy, sure, and meandering for too long (which to be honest, a lot of the "junk cinema" that Q likes IS like that for good or ill) but man... The start engaged me, just listening to the usual Q dialog, and I think that ending action chase is fun as hell. But no... at the bottom of my list of Q films.

Well, I'm not defending it as a classic. I just enjoy the general QT dialog in the front half and the chase action of the end. But no, it's not a satisfying watch for me either.
