I'm still trying to see that video. It's not working for me on any browser on phone or home computer or work computer.

Sounded amazing though from the descriptions.

Binged Daredevil season 2 yesterday, just have the last one to watch tonight. That show is just so damn good.

I have a question for you guys......being holders of all knowledge of all things comic bookity......what is the difference between -

A talking manshark in pants....

A talking mancrocodile in pants....

Not much difference.

The manshark is an actual manshark.

The mancrocodile has a skin disease and reptilic qualities. He's not actually a crocodile.

464 pages.
Ok, now I think the price is decent.
Hoping none of the pages is damaged.

Could it be The Umbrella Academy?

With the manshark, you basically have to invent limbs for him, it's not a straight-up anthropomorphication as the mancrocodile. As others have mentioned, you have to figure out a way for him to breathe on land, and also he has to keep moving all the time or he dies. Also, one of his key defining features, the dorsal fin, sticks out of his back, so you have to figure that into the costume somehow.

When you think about it, the head shapes for both are totally wrong too. The shark isn't built for a humanoid head-and-neck situation, and the crocodile's jaw is so long his action figure will just keep tipping over.

Looks like you've given it a lot of thought, Pinky! LOL

Man, day 3 of wearing the same socks is no bueno. Just feels nasty. Can't wait to get home and get a shower.

I had a nightmare. ...this time I remember it vividly that I can't get it out of my head. This is the second nightmare I had since last week.

I didn't get a good look at the other people in my nightmare but thats because they mutated into horrible creatures. It must have been some sort of chemical or toxin that caused the mutation. The only person I recognized was Natasha and thing is the dream kept repeating itself which meant I was trying to find ways of preventing her from being exposed to the toxin.

The other dream had this guy's face being split apart and something hidious came forth. It was like the human skin started to Crack and every part of its face was exposed to the point it looked like that predator alien...

A bit crusty, are they? :p

Actually the opposite, they feel almost slimey haha. I have sweaty feet. Was doing mad stuff this weekend and just crashed over at my homies place. Got no sleep this weekend. The crappy part is I have no bread to make a PB&J so I had to eat a Pop-Tart for lunch haha.

Lunch food of champions, lol. :p

Damn, is there no dryer at the house you are at? Just soap and water those socks and dry them. He can't let you have a pair of socks? There's no Walmart or Target where you are at?

Damn son.

To me, it basically comes down to Green's response - Not much difference.

The reason I asked is....

there was a conversation in the BvS forums.....it was asked why they couldn't have used Grant Gustin from the TV show FLASH in BvS. Someone said because they didn't want stupid **** from the TV universe like a talking shark in pants in the DCEU.

I said - Oh....but a talking crocodile in pants is ok?

They said it wasn't the same thing.

So I asked you guys.....and your answers come down to - not much.

I was just wondering how people in and out of that forum would answer.

There is a dividing line on a lot of things between the Berlanti shows and the film stuff. That said, the film stuff is going to have an undersea kingdom, an island of Amazons with a mystical origin, a space patrolman with a ring created by cosmic blue midgets, and of course we had Doomsday in BVS. Those things are no less out there than King Shark, even if Killer Croc is actually quite a different character in general, especially the way they have him in the movie which seems based on the presentation of Croc from his early days.

That was my point in that conversation.....saying a talking shark is too outlandish for a movie featuring every other main character being an alien or superpowered human is pretty narrow minded.

Buy hey.....I just try to debate logically....totally doesn't work in there.

Honestly, I didn't event think about it until I was already on the bus this morning. I woke up late as hell since I had about 4 hours of sleep and then ran out the door.

That's one reason saner people resign discussing movies in that section.
They need to read KRYPTON's post above, sums up the planned DCEU nicely.
And the [BLACKOUT]Terminator Genysis T-J. Connor box turning a man with little flesh to a super powerful Cyborg.[/BLACKOUT]

This is what really gets me. We're all here to enjoy films based on comics & make believe characters & super powered beings. I totally don't get people who constantly whine about specific characters being on a movie solely because said character/s are deemed "unrealistic" or too outlandish to be able "to work" in the "real world". Hello??? It's a damn movie based on a comicbook.

Ban them all C.Lee. Can't be asked taking to some of these morons who polluted the BvS boards for three years ,making their way to the JL board now.
