My first story's finished. Just shy of 7000 words. I hope its not too gridmark. I've noticed themes of compassion, mental health, and doing what needs doing.

Jeffrey Meek played Johnathan Raven (the name he uses at the moment) an ex ninja, ex special forces, ex CIA operative who only wants to find his son and live in peace....fortunately for us viewers he doesn't find his kid but he does find lots of scantily clad babes (it takes place in Hawaii) being harassed by lots of guys who need their asses kicked.

Basic story....American kid (Raven) living in Japan sees his family slaughtered in front of him by Ninjas.....he trains in martial arts, manages to infiltrate the Ninja sect, get trained even more by them, and then in one night kill almost all of them in a bloody night of revenge. He then spends several years as a military special forces black ops/CIA agent who eventually gets fed up with all the dirty tricks and retires under new name in Hawaii. Helping a friend being harassed by the Yakuza, the surviving Ninjas find out he still lives and start sending people to kill him. In between these attacks he keeps running into other *******s who need their teeth kicked out....while lounging on the beaches of Honolulu....land of bikinis......

I think I saw that on a WatchMojo list, that's how I knew about the film, and what made me think of it reading about Hardcore: Henry.

So my province just instituted free tuition to low income students which I think is pretty awesome. They're releasing more info later on over the next few weeks but I'm hoping it will include older people (aka me) who want to go back to school but are ****ing broke all the time.

My sister is annoyed since she just graduated with her masters three years ago and has a debt of around $20,000. I doubt they'll do anything about that.
