The most underrated movies by critics?

My guess is Dumb & Dumber.

That was one of the best comedy films ever. But also it had very negative reviews from critics.

Also, movies like The Last Action Hero and The Fountain looked awesome, but didn't get enough positivity from reviews.

I still cna't understand why movies like Borat have so high rating on RT

IDK I saw a couple of just decent reviews. Now overseas it was good reviews.
