I basically see it as them doing a modern sitcom that we'd see today, just with Muppets in place of human characters. Which I could be into.

How hard is it do actually do the muppet show? Sheesh. They've tried three times since the 70's and it always stinks because they don't go back to the original concept. I mean the muppets don't age. Why can't you just stick the familial characters in the familial theater and get some decent guest stars every week like the original? That's the concept that made "The Muppets" movie such a hit. This show looks to be gone outside of 4 weeks.

Same here. I was worried, but this looks like a ton of fun. Self-aware humor fits the Muppets well.

Also, was that Crystal Reed in the trailer?
