The Music Video Thread

This is the most reason one I stumbled upon...

Less Than Jake - The Rest of My Life

I love the symbolism in it. The shocking difference between a child and an adult. How truly ugly (pretty regular) adult actions are when acted out by children. Which fits perfectly with the lyrics of the song.

I think I have a new favorite song. The video is ridiculously well done, too! I loves it!

There's something very simple yet very cool about that video. And, its also timeless. There's old videos you watch and say, "wow thats so `80s or so `90s" but with Billie Jean you can make that same exact video today and it would still kick ass.

Truer words were never spoken. By way of comparison A-Ha's "Take On Me" looks dated, but not Billie Jean.

If by "dated" you mean "awesome", I totally agree with you.

It's one of the best videos EVER but it is VERY `80s. Aside from the fashion, Bille Jean, is a pretty timeless video.

Def Lep's "Rock Of Ages" was a cheesy video, but cheesy in a good way.

Genesis - Land of Confusion

Great song, freaky video. Somewhat dated by the 'celebrity' cameos involved, but still very good. (I also liked the cover of this song done by Disturbed, though the video for the cover is far inferior to this.)
