Dream Theater - Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence

This version is from their latest live album "Score" which celebrates the band's 20th Anniversary. The first 8 songs were just the band, and the last 5 songs were with the Octavarium Orchestra.

Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence is about 6 people who suffer from various mental illnesses (bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, delusions of grandeur, post-partum depression, autism, and dissociative identity disorder), and how they deal with their illness and how others view them or not.
