So...the Lost figures....the first one I took out was Kate. Not this looks good but not a thing like Kate.......Also it comes with about 40 pieces of Bamboo.......and not all of them fit in there right.....An Kate herself is very very hard to place on her pegs so I had to push down really hard and I broke her arm off...I put it back on. and she is supposed to be holding two of the Bamboo chutes but her hand dont fit on them naturally. So I finally get her and all the Bamboo on the base and it's time or the background. Now this is enought of a ***** as it is but there were no instructions and the picture on the box had a different set up, so I was on my own. It came in 4 bars (2 straight 2 Rounded) and of course the 2 straight bars the same bar (they should have been different) making it even more tough to figure out.
So I finally get it all together (though slightly off due to the bar error) and I decide to check the sound box. It doesn't come with batteries. Oh Todd....how could you? And who has AAA batteries lying around anyway? I got crap loads of AAs, so now I gotta go buy 12 AAAs.
And she came with a little toy Airplane, it's from the show, it's kinda cool but I would gladly have passed up the airplane for a lower price or even batteries.
All in all if you buy them you should really do Kate last as she is the most complicated.
Next I opened Locke, same trouble getting him onto his pegs, it was a real ***** sliding him into place, I actually never got him down all the way. His backdrop went on nicely as it had all the right pieces.
Locke came with a poster from his Walkabout tour and once again No Batteries.
Jack fit onto his base really easily and his little metal pieces fit on easily enough as well, the background was again easy to asseble with the right pieces but they have these two little pegs that hold the backdrop onto the top and they come in place, so when pulling them out breaking them off is highly likely. Thankfully they sent a spare third one in all of the packs....but wait, what good is a spare peg when you break he one off right in the hole?
So it's not on perfectly and no Batteries, and Jack came with a copy of Kate's Mugshot.
Hurley fit on easily and came with a lottery ticket with the numbers and of course No batteries. And I broke one of the pegs off of his backdrop too.
Charlie fit semi easy onto his base and came with a Drive Sheft Ring, which I am wearing. And his back drop was smaller and not cureved so it fit on really easy. Oh and No batteries.
Shannon was impossible to get onto her base....well Damn Near anyway, she has a peg on her heel, two on wach arm and a large on on her back and I'll be damned if they all line up. Eventually I got her on....She came with little toy shades that on'y fit on her and a lotion bottle that goes nowhere. Her backdrop was small like Charlies and fit on easily. She came with a big ass Map and No Batteries.
