Steve Carrell should get the emmy this year...baldwin's won too many awards and the office is helping save NBC and he could easily walk away from it now that he's also doing at least 2 movies a year...nominated 3 years in a row and no win isn't new...but his character is really (in the comedy leads) one of the most interesting and unpredictable and just a blast to watch him humiliate himself every week.

I agree. But, sadly, awards dont always (in fact, i'd say they rarely) go to who should get them.
