Well we're just about a month away from the season premier. The first episode will be about a weight loss competition between the Dunder Mifflin branches and will cover a few week span over the summer.

it's a photo from the premier of what seems to be a weigh in. I'd say Pam is missing because:
a) Michael wouldn't let her participate in the games (a la Beach Day)
b) she's away at art school (my bet)

What I expect from Season Five:

- Kevin and Michael fight for Holly's affection. Actually I think Kevin just wants to bang Holly.
- Pam is undecided between staying at Dunder Mifflin Scranton and becoming an artist coming from art school.
- Ryan will lose his job, or he gets demoted back to Scranton, and Michael is used to keep a close eye on Ryan, much to Ryan's dismay.
- Phillis will use the Dwight-Angela affair as a bribe. She will use that as blackmail, perhaps involving the Party Planning Committee.
- Oscar will still be gay (not that there's anything wrong with that)
- Jan getting pregnant sidetracks Michael's efforts to get with Holly.
- Stanley will still continue to do crossword puzzles.
- Andy will do something weird, don't know what.
- Creed will still be Creed
- Kevin will make an attempt to bang Holly.
