Just a little tip from someone that has been here a long time and made a lot of avvies, don't take it personally, I've made avvies for people and they've changed them for something else less than a day later, I've made one and they've never used them at all, and I've made one at the same time as someone else has and the poster has chosen the other persons version. It's part of the territory when you participate in this thread.

To unlock 100x100 avatars, you need to have 2000 posts and been a member of this forum for six months. So you'll have to wait until September.

I tried fitting in "Really, really bad!" Then I tried fitting in just "really bad!" But I couldn't get either of them small enough. In the end, I had to settle for just "bad!" Hope that's OK. Here are two versions; one at normal speed, and the other at half speed. I think the half speed one's the creepier.

as much as I LOVE Kane's Gal as WW avatar gif I wished it was a bit more 'zoomed in' so I found the source gif and cropped it to the way I want but need it in 100x100 dimensions and usable on the forum any help would be appreciated .

I use Ulead Gif animator and set the optimization option to Line Art 16.
