Getting the gif down to 109kb or less without making it too grainy was too difficult for my Photoshop skills.

These 3 were the best I could do tacit. If it's not up to scratch then I hope someone else can help you.

What settings did you use? I got something decent at 108 kb with 256 colours, selective/diffusion and a lossy value of 6. I also removed half the number of frames (down to 16):

I'm not fluent in Photoshop lingo and normally just mess around and use tips from Google/Tumblr until it looks decent. I think mine was around 18 frames.

I'd just like the part where BC and Spidey are standing back to back, with Spidey slightly turning his head and BC is blinking. It starts right about the 0:47 mark and ends at 0:48. So, the head turn and BC blink would run on a loop.

That's awesome! Thanks! But, is there a way to cut out the first part of that so it doesn't switch camera angles and just stays on BC? This way you'd only see Spidey turn his head towards her and then she blinks. Have that run on a loop. Is that doable?
