I don't think he'll end up playing T'Challa if anyone in the black panther movie. I think his production company is just going to work on it. I don't think they'd have a relatively old guy playing someone who would probably have to be young in his origin movie.

Perhaps Djimon Hounsou should play T'Challa.

As for Black Widow, Jovovich, Loken and Romijn-Stamos are worthy choices. I'd also like to throw Dina Meyer in there too.

The Razzie's overwhelmingly make their "pick's" based on whatever will get them the most press and more on the movie than the performance, which is why you never hear them "nominating" small films that few people have heard of and extremely rarely if ever nominate people from great movies.

The fact that Evangeline was nominated for 2 awards that noone has ever heard of (one of them being a sci-fi type of award organization) when she's the lead actress in the best new show to come along in years only reenforces my argument. Award organizations people have heard of (Emmy's, SAG, Golden Globes) genuinely can't give nominations away fast enough to whatever lead actress is on a show the caliber of which Lost belongs too, but she never even received nomination buzz. Name a worse actor playing a regular (other than the black kid) on the show. A case could be made that Josh Holloway is as bad as her, which is probably why the episode most involved with the 2 of them was the worst of the series.

Evangeline being a natural redhead really has nothing to do with the argument I was making. She's a brunette on Lost, Kate has Brown hair. It's extremely doubtful that the show would allow her to do a role which requires her to alter her appearance like that. I know of people on alot of different shows playing characters who aren't stuck on a desert Island who have to maintain the same hair and general appearance.

Lilly isn't that bad an actress. If you want to refer to somebody worse look no further than that stick figure Mischa Barton. And I can't see how anybody could find her that attractive.

Rebecca Romijn should probably sign a life long contract with any superhero film maker. She was born to play in the genre, and as a fan of hers through the years, I am really pleased that she has found her niche.

Two other names I'd throw into contention are Izabella Scorupco and Hudson Leick. Both have the physicality, looks, and acting skills.

Dina Meyer is a highly underrated and underused actress in Hollywood, also.

The first 2 you suggested, Izabella and Hudson, are maybe a bit older than what would work for an origin movie (seing as how she's raised to be the supersoldier type and it's probably about how she starts out) but otherwise fantastic suggestions.

My pick would be Laura Prepon (mostly known from That 70s Show), she's beautiful and tough at the same time.

I can see your reasoning, BT18, but I seriously question if Jaime Pressley would be able to carry this movie. Another Jaime might though...Jaime King. If you can recall after Jaime King did Bulletproof Monk, she was one of Joel Silver's suggestions for Wonder Woman. Jaime King would make a lousy Wonder Woman, but she could play the role of Natasha quite well IMO.
