(Spaced out my choices after realizing for this time around, I explained myself a whole lot. Good match up ideas for this round for the most part.)

Deathstroke - With the one hour prep time, while he is only going to have his standard weapons and equipment, I'm sure he will come up with something to take down Cyborg. He does still carry around a handy bag of toys everywhere he goes.

Aquaman

Wildcat

Bane

Nightwing - While the Chamber doesn't have an incredible amount of room, Nightwing can use that to his advantage and while fighting, with his agility, angry Mr. Freeze and eventually get him to freeze himself.

Metallo

Jason Todd - As I've been saying, when Jason came back, in the Under the Hood story, he stalemated with Bats. Helena is good, I'll grant her that. She is possibly my favorite female character, but Jason is better. And let's not forget that Jason won't be afraid to fight dirty. That's how I view Jason: he is a Batman (in the fighting and strategy sense) who doesn't give a damn about how he injures his opponent.

Lady Shiva - Tim is a great fighter, but Cassandra is so much better. Cassandra died to Shiva in their first fight, and then when Shiva revived her won the second. Tim has a slim chance. Cassandra is a better fighter than him afterall, and it took her two tries to beat Shiva.
