This should be interesting!

A Chamber, 30 feet wide, circular. 30 Feet high walls. Concrete. No doors. Air mixture same as earth, same gravity. Ceiling is a force field 30 feet covering chamber that cannot be broken.

Only way out is complete victory over opponent by submission or death.
Walls cannot crumble or crack. No phasing through, floor is solid concrete as well.
The Combatants are dropped in with their standard Weapons and have one hour to prepare for battle:

Maybe. Even if it could, he's gotta get shot first. Isn't the Spider just an average human? If that's the case, I doubt he could shoot Spider-Man. If he can't shoot Spidey, no way in hell he's quick enough to tag BT in time.

30 feet, an expert shot, with reflex training. He had to draw and shoot quicker than other people sometimes to win a fight, I'd still say he can do it.

Meh, I think that's up to the reader, don't you? This doesn't do much for me "coolness" wise:

I wouldn't put it past them. Superheroes can be an eccentric bunch, how much moreso the villains? There's more than one story where two people fall in love despite having otherwise murderous intent.

In the Taltos books, the main character actually met his future wife AFTER she killed him,
