Good question HR ... I posted this pic because Harvey always has a pistol and a machine gun as per the stipulation of "Standard" weapons. It has helped him in the past but not always ... His record in the Chamber is 1-1 while Wildcat is 0-1 ...

Even though Harvey acted as the protector of Gotham while Bats was away (revealed in Batman OYL), I still think Wildcat would take this because although, that was when Harvey was "sane". But since he is Two-Face again I doubt he would fight the same or do some of the same stuff.

I already voted, just adding some input and such since I didn't when I voted.

A Chamber, 30 feet wide, circular. 30 Feet high walls. Concrete. No doors. Air mixture same as earth, same gravity. Ceiling is a force field 30 feet covering chamber that cannot be broken.

Only way out is complete victory over opponent by submission or death.

Walls cannot crumble or crack. No phasing through, floor is solid concrete as well.

The Combatants are dropped in with their standard Weapons and have one hour to prepare for battle:
