So Ash is taking the lead 2-0. We let this go until tomorrow at 8 am as it is a Saturday night Main event -- then back to the Round Robin COMBAT CHAMBER Tournament! on tap ... Spiderman vs ... stay Tuned!!

Thanks for participating ... CR ... :ghost:

hey, very nice thread, keep it up CR.

and i'll vote for punisher on this one

Well Montana is a coke head and Ash is a wiseass,The Punisher is an ice cold killer,i take Frank

Interesting thread Canadian, I like how you have everything setup, but for this battle particulary; do they have preptime? Because without prep Ash is the only one that would have any weapons. Hell Ash wins even with preptime. That infinite boomstick is a *****.

Ash

Thanks Hellstormer!

I will add that note as some characters are better with prep time.

CR. :ghost:

ASH TAKES IT 3 to 2 over our man Punisher.

"The combantants appear, with Ash and the Punisher quickly moving away from Montana, who starts screaming at them and opening fire. Frank sees Montana as the Druglord he is and his rage for taking down the Mafia comes over him.

He whips his autocarbine around and drops and rolls and with Montana in his sights, he opens fire and hits Tony multiple times. Tony spins and opens up, missing as the impacts from Frank's gun spins and twists him. Frank charges and empties his mag completely into Tony, who finally falls cussing and convulsing on the ground.

Spinning, Frank rolls again avoiding the charging Ash, who sweeps his chainsaw arm and catches Frank's Shoulder partially, inliciting a snarl of pain.

The punisher twists and rolls, pulling his .45's and somersaulting to avoid another swing from the chainsaw which narrowly misses his legs ..."

The battle rages for a final few minutes, before the Punisher is taken down by a full on blast of the shotgun, rather than submitting.

Ash is victorious, but Bloody -- The first Saturday Night Main Event winner.

For Today's Match:

A Chamber, 30 feet wide, circular. 30 Feet high walls. Concrete. No doors. Air mixture same as earth, same gravity. Ceiling is a force field 30 feet covering chamber that cannot be broken.

Only way out is complete victory over opponent by submission or death.

Walls cannot crumble or crack. No phasing through, floor is solid concrete as well.

The Combatants are dropped in with their standard Weapons and have one hour to prepare for battle:

Today -- Spiderman vs. Bullseye -- Battle Closes at 9 pm tomorrow!

Let the Combat begin!

spiderman, he's way faster than bullseye

Wait wait wait you guys aren't really thinking this through, Spiderman doesn't have his normal range of movement which is really apart of him he doesn't have anything to hide behind or get away form Bullseye. Sure his Spider Sense would help him dodge but eventually Bullseye would get a kill shot.

Bullseye.

Spidey would swat him so hard he would be nothing but a stain on the wall and do it so fast Bullseye would miss it do to the fact that he blinked.

Maneuver room isn't too big a deal for Spidey here, his dodging abilities are grounded in what effectively amounts to precognition. If anything the close-quarters combat environment works to Bullseye's disadvantage, considering as he pretty much by definition relies on ranged weaponry. The only chance Bullseye'd have would be in a circumstance where he had enough distance between him and Spidey that he could lay down a barrage of fire too big for Spidey to avoid. You're putting him inside ten yards of Spidey? We're talking about a guy that can leap between skyscrapers, Bullseye'll be lucky to fire a shot before Spider-Man's on top of him. At that point it's all but over, Bullseye's hand-to-hand gets chumped by Daredevil, forget anyone with honest to goodness super-reflexes.

The instant Spidey gets in close enough to attack, *whack!* and game over.

Wow! I was working like crazy and sick at night so I couldn't reload the chamber ... but what great comments guys!

So ... Spidey takes it, 5 to 1.

"Spidey and Bullseye appear, Bullseye immediately whipping several daggers at Spidey, with one exploding and sending a thousand small fragments into the space around where spiderman was standing.

Luckily for Peter, the Spidey Sense had gone overtime and he was already leaping and twisting away to the ceiling. Bullseye twists to track him as Spider goes from the ceiling to the wall to the floor ..."

After a few minutes of Cat and Mouse, Spiderman lands a collossal punch that drops Bullseye and knocks him out cold. Spiderman is the winner in 9 minutes by TKO.

This round to the Spider.

Next up?

DC Fans, you better weigh in on this one ...

I am curious to see your take ...

Much as I hate to I vote Batman. No amount of skill will allow a woman to defeat a man who has any significant combat training.

Batman's beat her to a stand still before.

Batman

The hell? Sounds like a touch of sexism.

and the Chamber has it's verdict. Batman 4-1 over Lady Shiva.

"The two combatants enter the Chamber and immediately Shiva leaps to attack the Bat. Sliding sideways, Batman deflects the attack and rolls to the Centre of the Chamber. Shiva rebounds off the wall and somersaults to attack the Bat again ..."

After 17 brutal minutes, Shiva is knocked out by Batman -- forced submission -- who defeats Shiva with a chokehold.

What does the Chamber hold next?

Hawkeye vs. Doctor Doom! Let the combat Begin!!

Doom,he's stronger, smarter and more ruthless plus Hawkeye's long range attacks won't penetrate his armour and sooner or later Doom will hit him with a blast and then finish him off

Gee armor, built in energy weapons, computer for tactical analysis, and a force field capable of withstanding a direct hit from a nuke vs a guy with a bow and some decent trick arrows. I think that Doom just might squeek out a win though so I'll choose him.
