In a closed chamber people are under selling the Hulk. Even in the crossover the battle did not go so easily for Kal El.

The Hulk can heal and he will get increasingly mad whereas Superman will be cut off from the Sun.

Superman is always a lot weaker in crossovers than he is in DC. Besides, with super speed, the Hulk has no possibility of ever landing a punch unless Superman wants to stand still for it.

I really fail to see the point in Superman even having superspeed. It seems that he only uses it to catch up to bad guys to lay a hit if they are running away most of the time. He rarely seems to use the superspeed the way it would be most effective in a fight. And I'm not talking about flight. To me that should be something else; him being a fast fligher would be okay but it seems like his superspeed goes wasted on land. Really, when does he use it when he should?

That also goes with the problem that Supes does not have a "fighting" style cause he has always just been powerful. Hulk doesn't have a "fighting" style either, but it's suprising how intelligently Supes doesn't use the superspeed always.

I would say Hulk wins cause the chamber's size, and no sun to help Supes get a boost, while Hulk will constantly get his lil boost of anger. But, if...if...Supes actually fights wisely with his superspeed I would vote for him...but I rarely see him actually use it in a fight except to catch up to a bad guy.

Because of this, I'm still undecided.

I am tabulating some results.

For reasons I don't wish to get into I am cutting the tournament down from 12 rounds to 6. It appears that we have some clear contenders.

That means it will now be the leading Hero From Marvel against the leading Villain -- same with DC.

Which means I will give two days for each ...

That means the SNE for this weekend will be the winner from Marvel against the Winner from DC to determine the overall champion.

Only way out is complete victory over opponent by submission or death.
Walls cannot crumble or crack. No phasing through, floor is solid concrete as well.
The Combatants are dropped in with their standard Weapons and have one hour to prepare for battle:

Hmmm tuff won. Skrull has all of the FF's powers but Spidey has taken on the FF and had to focus on 4 different opponents. This could go either way but I'll vote Spidey.

so, after some thougt, I'll say Spidey, 'cause as CanaryFan already said, Peter did take the FF down by himself, and he had to concentrate on four persons. It would be a little more difficult given that it's all concentrated in one person, but still.

Super Skrull has two methods of attack available. He can simply fill the entire chamber with flame so that there is no place to run or he can surround himself in a forcefield and expand it to fill the chamber leaving one squished spider.
