there was a cut off date for the pre order i think it was last week of may or 1st of june. i ordered mine may 23rd and got mine and it had that logo on the lower front corner.

Anyone else not entirely satisfied with the matchmaking system? your friend opens a custom game, waits for three of us to find the tiny lettering of his name on a list, after many long refreshes. Two people make it, but one cannot because this is a ranked game, and another random player filled the slot. So you have to either wait for him to leave or start a new room. By now your last player can't find your room anymore because you closed it, and that player has to wait and refresh again on the list, and he still can't get in because it rejected for some reason, or it's the same problem with a random filling the slot. Also, there is an invite button that can't be used, and there is no kick option in the lobby or in game I believe. It should take no more than a minute to setup and start playing with whom you wish, this game takes an average seven minutes.

Thats because you are playing a Ranked match. If you are playing a Ranked match, you cant invite friends and don't really have control over who you play with. I guess this is done to prevent cheating and ppl exploiting the leveling system. If you or your friend creates a Player match then you can invite and kick which ever players you want. You can set the match to private as well. Its just during Ranked matches that these options aren't made available to u.

I really wish they let you play ranked matches with your friends tho, thats my only negative towards MP, well that and not remaining in the room, like there isn't a party system. Maybe they can add this into the game with a patch later? I also hope to see some DLC.

Finished the game.....I really figured I woulda got all of the Antiuqe relic thingies....alsi thought i might have all the ghosts....but I think I mighta missed a couple of each near the beginning when I was still figuring stuff.....obviously gonna play again...on pro this time.

You have to use your capture beam and pull the lever on the side up

I got the slam dunk and slime dunk acheivements on my first tries....going for stasis dunk next

I pressed every single button and couldn't skip it.

I normally watch them like you the first time unless they are drawn out like Ghostbusters.

I will try it again when I get home.

I hate them if they're unskippable. They make me miss the PC, where you can add stuff to the shortcut icon to auto-skip them. If they're skippable, they don't bother me.

I only played a little bit last night. I'm in the alternate dimension with all the portals. I stopped to try one of the 1 vs. 100 betas, but Live is still being a piece of s*** and wouldn't download it for some reason. Then I got so annoyed with Live that I just shut my 360 off and read some comics before going to sleep.

when the "Terminal Reality" one starts up, I hit the A button and it skips over the rest

Is that about the PS3 version being crappy? Teardrop got the PS3 version and said it looks fine.

I think its part nitpick and part some Sony fans feeling like the game was built for 360 and just ported over to PS3....Its been my experience that some sony fans feel that every video game should be built primarily for the PS3 and everyone else can get table scraps

I think people just say "crappy" in comparison.

But the PS3 still looks nice, from the looks of it.

Yeah, what it was is I believe Lens Of Truth had a pre-build release of the title and it wasn't running at full capacity. In the video the PS3 version is running in 480p and the 360 version is running 720p. That's the reason that video is such a big difference.

I've heard the PS3 version still lags behind, but it's nowhere near as bad as that video. Overall, both are fine

I think too many gamers are always looking over the fence to see if it's greenier...and then get angry if it is.

I don't, if ever, even care to look at graphics like that. I tend to get on the edge if the controls are better on another system. That's more important to me as a gamer.

A spokesperson for the developer told us, "For the record, the PS3 version [of Ghostbusters] is softer due to the 'quincunx' antialiasing filter and the fact we render at about 75% the resolution of the 360 version. So you cannot directly compare a screen shot of one to the other unless you scale them properly. The PS3 does have less available RAM than the 360 – but we managed to squeeze 3 out of 4 textures as full size on the PS3."

It's always been like this, just the age of the internet has brought it more to the surface. I use to know one hardcore Sega fanboy and one hardcore Nintendo fanboy in the Genesis/SNES era. That makes most of this stuff seem like nothing.

Interesting, sounds like they didn't have a grasp on the hardware. I believe this is their first next gen title and probably haven't had any previous experience with it and it got the better of them, like a lot of developers in the first year

I'm stumped in Central Park. These waves of demon angel statues and gravestones keep coming, but I dont know how to get into the damn Tower I'd have kept trying this morning if I didnt have to come to work.

The acheivements are pretty sweet, I'm loving them. I pulled the slime dunk and stasis dunk this morning while in Central Park. But for some reason, Ray is missing right now, though I can still hear him talk lol.

You can either slime tether or capture slam the stone angels into the glowing heads on the gate...Ray should be there with you

Heads up for you guys with the 360 preorder codes. I just checked and was able to input my code, download my flight suit. Tried it in game and it worked perfectly.

beat the game... but i havn't finished the achievements. They never did "the walk" like in the preview. THe walk down the street as they did in the cartoon. I meant hats fine because it was kinda corny... but still woulda been cool.

Anway if anyone can help, i'm still looking for the water foutain in the Lost Island and the Cemetary lvl. I found all ghost and artifacts, so i dunno how i overlooked their hidden locations.

And also.. i never seen floating coffins... i saw one in the cave with the water pouring into a giant hole.. but i think it was because the ghoul hit it and it went flying... i didn't get an achievemnt for shooting it lol
