I thought, it was a good movie
was just watching it (DVD on tv) the other day

I mean, I was never really a follower of the comics, so, I could where if it is really inaccurate to the source material, some fans may of felt let down
but, it wasn't as horrible made, or whatever, that it made out to be

In the comics, Quartermain was a junkie who had to literally be dragged out of an opium den.

Captain Nemo murdered people with a spear gun in his first appearance.

The Invisible Man was recruited from a girls school, where he had been hanging out and raping the students. He also beat a policeman to death just for the hell of it.

Hyde ATE PEOPLE.

Mina wasn't a vampire, and actually had some character.

I liked the comic as well. I just liked this movie cus I saw it before I read the comic.

It kicks ass.
I love the graphic novels, but honestly, I couldn't care less about the differences.

Also, Peta Wilson makes one hot red head.

That is what you get for storing your dvd's in the Ark of the Covenant Sure it looks cool but it's damn hard to fight off those spirits just to get a movie

As for this movie, just let it sink deep down into the Wal-Mart dollar bins.
