Awesome. I havent been able to get any of my friends to start pull lists, if they I do get them to buy comics they just pick up whatever they think looks cool on the shelves.

I dont get Marvel Adventures Spider-man

I get pretty much every X-Men title too.

for a good long time, the Batman Adventures comic was easily the best BAtman book on the stands. Don't dismiss the "kids" books so easily

Ive heard most of the line is pretty decent. Especially Avengers.

Weird. They fall under my "out of continuity, so I don't care" rule. I'd prefer to spend my money on comics that affect the 616 universe.

its basic stories. should really not interest people such as ourselves, non? i mean, we DO read comics so, yknow -tryin to be mature now isnt gonna cut it - but i want something a bit more advanced than stories deliberately aimed at kids. my pull list has hunter killer, walking dead and powers on it. so yeah, something more adult. oh and invincible -- silver age stories but with real life relationships and lots of gore

That, 100 Bullets, Invincible, The Bronze Age, and Y: The Last Man are waiting until I have a steady stream of extra money coming in. I tried reading all of them in single issues and lost track of them, so I decided to just wait until I could buy all the trades at once and read them straight through. Hopefully, if I get the new job I've got an interview for this week, that'll happen pretty soon.
