Potter for sure. Haven't seen MI (hasn't premiered here yet) and First Class was last year's most overrated blockbuster.

Not to pick a fight but the only overrated blockbuster I can think of last year (not counting bad ones that made a lot of money like TF3) to me was Potter. It was decent, but the movie was honestly pretty average and not in the top 3 of its own franchise. It was all climax as DH Part 1 was all exposition. I think both suffered from being cut in half.

^Agreed, it was superb, and the best blockbuster of 2011 by some way, never been into Potter, but the only ones that ran XFC close were Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes, Thor and Mission:Impossible 4 for me.

I find it over rated too.

I know I'm in the minority, and don't get me wrong, I thought the actors all did a superb job, but there was nothing memorable about the plot for me.

I saw it once, haven't gone back for a repeat viewing.
