🇺🇸 The People's Coach: The Tim Walz Thread

US News
He could break ties in the Senate!

Good but not very exciting.
He's also in Harris's ear and has shown to be left leaning on a lot of issues. He could help shape her mandate.
He is also a highly respected former House member, with strong support throughout the party, and could be a great asset in whipping votes towards her Administration's agenda. So yeah, not just breaking ties, but also liasing with both houses of Congress.

It is if you need more campaign donations.
:funny:

Yeah, but they seem to be doing pretty well. Of course, you can never have too much money......anyway, I'd be working OH, MT, MI, WI, and PA....I guess they'll get to it (and actually already mostly have).

Pretty impressive tour they did last week. Too bad no one was actually there..... :whatever:

We'll see when they start wearing purple heart tampons on their faces.

The key difference is Trump's a draft dodger and he's not the incumbent.

We need more educators in our government. My US Government teacher in college told me that professors make terrible presidents using Woodrow Wilson as an example, but seriously we undervalue education in this country. They understand what it means to be underpaid. They understand what it means to fight and what actually goes on in unions. It's why Walz is such a damn fine pick.

History teachers would make good Presidents, at least when it comes to foreign policy. Guys like Trump don't have a clue how past events are affecting us today.
