By the by, I recognize the other 6, but who's the chick in the middle?

I don't think it's an actual character. My guess is that Disney is trying to imply to the little girl consumer that the princess in the middle is them (or them as an adult). You notice how she stands out from the rest of them. Problem is, not every little girl who collects the Disney Princess stuff is white. I guess the folks at Disney aren't too worried about the minorities when it comes to this particular line.
