Agreed,PS3&360 are already powerful and it's obvious stuff from game graphics to console features to memory will improve much more for the next consoles and so for PS4 I'm really curious about downloads&installing cause I feel the 360's is beyond faster in comparison to most games&stuff!!

Heck yeah it is. everytime there was an update for my Xbox it took like a minute or two which is why i love the Xbox for that. The PS3 download/update rate is ridiculous i don't know even how Sony approved that before launching the PS3

The PSN wasnt even set up before the PS3 launched. That all came to be within a year of launch. As subpar as people might find it now, its ALOT better than it was 5 years ago

Yeah it has improved but game installations take way too long DC Universe Gran Turismo 5 Metal Gear Solid 4 all have these annoying long installations which i hope the PS4 doesn't have

I honestly think we, the gamers of the world, are pushing the issue more so than Sony and maybe even Microsoft (although I believe they probably have something in the works... I doubt we see it at E3). For some reason the gamers insist that the next gen MUST be upon us...

Well... Looks like, at least in Sony's case, that next gen is still a little bit off.

-Lack of patience?Literally waiting over 5 HOURS for DC Univervse Online or even just about 20-40 mins for many games when updates build-up..Plus installing is a lack of patience?Even downloading Videos/Demos&Backgrounds take almost twice as much as 360's!

I don't have unlimited time to play and most times when their finally done downloading..I get to play just a level or two till the next day!

Once again, a ten year cycle doesn't mean they won't or can't release another console during that time.

As for what Kaz said, there's still room for it to be announced at a pre-E3 event or more likely at TGS. And that's assuming that he's not outright lying.

I agree with you here but I swear if they release an Uncharted game or Bethesda decided to release another game on the next next-gen console...I'd have to buy it. T.T

It will probably still have a blu-ray player. I am guessing that they will just update the CPU and GPU with more power. Oh, and I hope they continue to increase the effectiveness of the cooling system...liquid cooling would be fantastic.

They are using that in PCs. I think a more effective cooling mechanism would help out with those evil red rings and yellow lights of death.
