On the Scream Awards on Spike TV when the star of the punisher was announced he was announced as the star of the punisher 2. Thats enough for me.

dammit I missed Tom Jane. I missed the first half hour and then my wife came home and didn't want to watch it so I missed it. I'm going to record one of the replays this week so I can see it all. That's cool that they called him the star of the Punisher 2. Lionsgate had a huge presence at the awards from what I saw.

I talked to someone about it today who knows Tom and he said they're still waiting for the script...last he heard. Hell that's the last we all heard. I'm waiting to hear back from one other person on it.

They could of said the star of Killshot, but they clearly said the star of Punisher 2 and Lionsgate must have approved or else I don't think they would have allowed them to say it. I did like how the crowd yelled Punisher when Tom Jane held the mic to the crowd.

I just checked and the site's still under construction for The Punisher, and it's not yet on Lionsgate's site yet. You'd think for a character like this they'd throw it as an upcoming releaes on their site to monitor interest since they also have message boards there too.

It makes sense but no word from nobody. The Anti-Hype. I let this person know that fans are getting antsy about this and even a little bit of info would be nice and go along way...like who the hell is writing it and why is Hensleigh not around.

I saw when they said that. It was so cool because after he came out, his part was to give the award for best hero. Before he gave the award he said that there are alot of heroes that we think are the best and he compared them. Soon after he said them he said and of course there's and he lowered his head....and everyone said The Punisher! It was so awesome.

i hope the scream awards continue... say.. maybe Spike TV can move forward with a Punisher TV show..
