Director for Punisher 2

There have been alot of names being thrown around for the Director of Punisher 2, Since Hensleigh isnt attached to the project any longer. I personally would like Wayne Kramer to take a shot at The Punisher; After watching Running Scared, I think he would be a great choice for The Punisher seeing as so many things in that movie seemed like somthing you would encounter in a Punisher comic.
