"The ROLO Factor": Wolverine & Storm's Relationship

It is just unfair how the Xmovies tease. in X2 that Mystique-Storm thing they show that in trailers but in the movie there isn't a hint of ROLO. And they did it to X3 trailers also
 
I keep wondering about that, too. The novelizations go much further in that. Marvel knows that Claremont's been dancing around those two for decades, he'd never had the guts to take it further. Like he's afraid of something. In Marvelverse, it's been almost everyone had something for every...thing, sometimes. Except for these two.

About that Mystique shapeshifting scene - I wonder how was it in the book. Since in the comic version, I don't remember seeing that.
 
exactly. But Nooooo they wanted to add more Jean/Wolvie scenes. Lazy jerks
 
i read the book beore the movies and i got all excited about Rolo, and then i went to the movies and i got nothing.
In comics, there have been numerous occasions were Rolo was hinted but they never did anything about it. I mean come on there have been way stupider hook-ups.
 
Hee hee hee....it seems since I created my little Storm thread alot of Storm themed previous threads are popping up out of nowhere.
 
Books are usually generally better than the movies. The Catwoman novelization is better than the film by a far stretch of the imagination; The Da Vinci Code is extremely detailed, so yeah.
 
Can someone make an animation of Logan pushing Storm against the wall!?? :D:D
 
Now I know that the Wolverine movie is a prequel, but seriously why do people keep asking if Halle or Famke are going to make an appereance?

Don't this people know what PREQUEL means? Unless...they know something we don't.

I will admit no matter how much blood is in Wolverine: the prequel, I have no intention of paying to see it. (What was that...tor****!!! ;P)

The only way I would I see it is if there is Rolo...knowing the way people like to screw us over with it, um yeah.
 
I also don't quite understand why they keep asking...

But I'm gonna see it, anyway. (not to mention it's my responsibility as a movie-reviewer, I'm looking forward how the FOX will handle it)
 
Beacuse they all wanna know whene we get Hugh in a hot sex scene with a hot woman. I'm voting for Halle. LOL.

I know it's a prequel & stuff but just a little Stormy in it would be nice!
 
Actually, didn't I just read somewhere that this wasn't going to be a prequel...whomever the interview was with...wanna say it was Avi, said...that characters in the comics, leave the team for a little while and have their own adventures, so it won't be a prequel or sequel to anything...I don't know, I may just have dreamt it :) But if not, there is some hope for you ROLO fans! :)
 
Well...at least you can still watch Swordfish..

Rothman, Jackman, all people who would be responsible for the film as a result are counting on the fact it's going to be a prequel.
