i don't really think Jean is "scared" of Logan, but she might be a tad careful around him...... but I'm not totally sure.... she does seem comfortable around him, so does Storm... I would say Jean is just a little bit "cautious"

I don't like Forge. Not because of relationships, but because of what he's done. Using the anti-power gun on her was just a start. Asking a woman to marry him and then leave her...I'd have kicked him in the rear if I could.

Ug, noooo! To me that would be so sadistic to the character. I had never in all the time I had ever been reading fiction felt as bad as I did for Storm when he walked out on her (AFTER 10 FLURKIN YEARS) 24 hrs after he proposed. And for the love of all things good and holy she was gonna say yes!

Forge is literally a useless tool. No thank you.

Bring on the Rolo. At least it has a very good chance of being eyecatching and slightly substantial, and god knows the fan base deserves it.

who is this ROSE you speak of???

cause I got a fanfiction i'm writing, and my character Rosette (sometimes called Rose or Rosie), and in the story they are kind of a pair.... or becoming one.

Rose is the girl who grew up with Logan (young James Howlett at that time). Redheaded with emerald eyes (this is where some writers, even the official ones, are finding a cause for his relation to Jean - she reminded him of a memory long forgotten). She was his companion at the Howlett estate and when his powers first manifested, ran away with him to British Columbia. They lived in there for a couple of years, Logan (how Rose renamed him) working in the mine, not seeming to remember what happened that night when they fled and anything before.
Rose however, grew close to the foreman of the mine, Smitty. They even planned a marriage, but accidentaly, Rose ended impaled on Logan's claws. Terrified of what he'd done, he ran away again, leaving civilization with the pack of wolves for about a seventy years.

Actually, in the noveliztion of X3 when Logan killed Jean he didn't feel sad but felt reborn and the first one who he think is Ororo.....
I really expect that in the 'Wolverine' the would be rolo...... or if there is Wolverine only or just talking about what did happen before he joined X-men, it would be boring...=="~

maybe you are misunderstanding the meaning...[Logan sounds like a horn-dog in your way]
He had no reget at that time since that last moment with Jean was a life time for them both. And he acknowledge the presence of his friends as first Ororo and then the others.
And then he felt reborn.
He didn't consider Ororo as a girlfriend or a woman who he love, but their friendship would be the best foundation for Rolo factor.
By the way, if Storm would not be in the 'Wolverine', would you still find it attractive?
