I liked the Alec Baldwin as the Shadow...it was an okay movie. I own it actually.
And if anyone can attempt another adaptation of the character then its Sam Raimi all the way.

Rofl I thought the baldwin movie was alright. I know Sam will pull it off. His direction in darkman was such a nod to the shadow.

Well, originally he was gonna make The Shadow but couldn't get the rights. So, he created Darkman instead.

Darkman was better i like baldwin as the shadow but the film was pretty ****ty.

Also Sam might only be producing this picture and get someone else to direct it

Raimi wanted to make the Shadow a long time ago, but he couldn't get the rights, that's why he came up with Darkman, I know it's been mentioned, but hey, thought I'd say it again, and also the budget for shadow will be much greater! Should be good, I LOVE the shadow, one of my fav's!

Me too. For so many years I saw The Shadow as a dull clone of Burton's Batman, now I find it unstoppably watchable.
