So what should it be? I'm hoping we get at least 2 things:

1. Full clear shot of the Hulk
2. Shot of the aliens

Here are last year's. I wasn't a fan of Thor's but I did like Captain America.

Agreed on 1 and 2. Also, I hope we get a full shot of the team fighting together.

I don't think we'll get that, just because it seems like that's more of a trailer reveal. I'm hoping that it sets a good mood and isn't just generic clips thrown together to generic rock music. I know it's only 30 seconds but if you look at the Captain America spot, I think it hit the right tone.

But the best spot last year was for Transformers 3. No dialog whatsoever, but definitely made it look better than TF2.

it will be like this BECAUSE YOU WISH IT TO NOT BE...

I want to see Hulk smashing stuff & a group shot.

I want Loki badassness Hulk Smashing things and a 10 second Moneyshot of the Group fighting together. Maybe pan to each character fighting and then like a zoomed out version of the whole Team

That's like 30 years in TV Spot time!

Essentials features of the Superbowl spot.

1: All scenes have completed VFX, cinematography, lighting, aspect ratio, etc., so CAP's helmet looks good, HULK looks real, etc., and it doesn't look like a tv show.

2: A bad@$$ money shot of each of the big four: CAPTAIN AMERICA, IRON MAN, THOR, and HULK.

3: Some witty dialogue from RDJ as Tony Stark

4: A shot of LOKI.

5: Glimpses of the aliens' vehicles and weaponry without revealing too much.

6: A shot of IRON MAN and THOR flying together; this could be the money shot for both of them if they are shown battling and destroying alien ships.

Didn't we already get *too* much "witty" dialogue from Stark in the previous trailer? Made it look like "Iron Man 'n' Friends: The Movie." :yay:

For the 1 minute Super Bowl spot, I'd be happy to see them actually *introduce* the characters to the GA, who are probably just as clueless about the movie after the teaser(s) as they were before. Specifically, a trailer that has title cards and "signature" clips attached to each character: "THOR....CAPTAIN AMERICA....HAWKEYE....NICK FURY...." etc etc

...including, of course, a "money shot" for full CG Hulk. TALKING. HULK SMAAAAASSSHHHH

RDJ as Tony Stark/IRON MAN is the 'charismatic character' that huge numbers of the GA relate to. He is akin to JD as Captain Jack Sparrow, or HL as the Joker. From a marketing to the GA point of view its ok to have a bit of a IM & friends aura than for a CAP & friends one, once it's not overbearing.

The charismatic character sells lots of movies and results in huge BO numbers.

Your character intro is a decent idea although it might be too much for such a short piece and might be better saved for the main trailer, or even left for individual tv/internet spots ala LOTR:FOTR.

The Avengers Assemble scene is a must in these Trailers & Spots now

I'd like at least half of it to be new footage, if its mainly stuff from the trailer I won't be happy.

Now that's something I want to see!

A shot of a city street strewn with rubble, we see Mjolnir fall to the floor. In the background, a few short yards away it gets Hulk's attention.... he starts walking towards it.

They need to start showing the size of the threat, show that Loki has some major backup that will actually give this team a run for their money.

Aside from that, a glimpse of Thor & Hulk going at it.

All this works for ME.

Two things I'm looking foreword too are a group shot and a clear shot of Hulk.

Same here vartha. And Don't get what people are sayin about the footage looking like a tv show

"Avengers Assemble!"

That is all.

I doubt the VFX will be 100% complete. Remember the tank scene in the first IM Superbowl spot looked like a video game and was MUCH better in the final release.

Infact it should be just that clip and thats it :p lol

Aliens, Hulk, and Fin Fang Foom. They might save "avengers assemble" for the end of the final trailer
