Why are her fists bloody?
Who's butt did she whoop before heading to Space McDonalds and please tell me it's Lobo.![]()
Alternatively, it could be spray paint from painting the "OUT."View attachment 141831

In the Silver Age and many media adaptations, not really. They've always been different, though.
Think it could change dates too since Gunn only put “Look Out. 2026” but we’ll see.
That has nothing to do with the story of Woman of Tomorrow.I posted this in one of the superman threads, but, I would hope Lobo is hired and sent by either Brainiac or Mongul to seek out the last two Kryptonians.
( he finds kara first on some far away planet with a red sun. Shes In a local bar )
He sees she likes to drink and party.
So he plays up to it.
Long story short, they have a drink off, Lobo cheats, and captures her. Taking her to whomever hired him.
Could be brainiac or mongul on warwold.
That has nothing to do with the story of Woman of Tomorrow.
They have already cast Krem as the main villain, and Ruthye. Gunn himself said that wanting to adapt Woman of Tomorrow was one of his priorities when he first took the job. It's not going to be one-for-one, but the movie is also not suddenly going to be about fighting Brainiac or something.I don't think we are getting a direct adaptation... They have even dropped "Woman of Tomorrow'" from the title.
I haven't read that many stories with Lobo. I guess if he's supposed to be an anti-hero like, say, Venom or Deadpool you can't let him go too far. But personally I wouldn't mind a full on, dark comedy, homicidal Lobo.Regarding Lobo in this and future DC projects…
How hard do you think they should go with his origin? As I remember it, he killed EVERYONE on his planet just so he wouldn’t have any rivals. If they are going to make him a full-on villain, then I guess that’s fine. But if he’s going to be an ally/anti-hero, I don’t think that anyone is going to want to root for a guy who literally committed genocide. What are people’s thoughts on this? I’m usually all for sticking to the source material but this aspect of Lobo always just seemed like DC trying too hard to go full edgelord so they could compete with characters like Wolverine. I think they could back off of that a bit.
I can see the Lobo/Brainiac scene being a post credits scene (or the last scene) setting up maybe the next DC project, or it down the road. I don't think the fight with Brainiac or anything happens in this movie. They have already cast Krem as the main villain, and Ruthye. Gunn himself said that wanting to adapt Woman of Tomorrow was one of his priorities when he first took the job. It's not going to be one-for-one, but the movie is also not suddenly going to be about fighting Brainiac or something.
While I normally don't care for pop songs being used in comic book movies, I feel like this song would be appropriate for Kara.lol
