While the news drought continues this is something to pass the time with.
Ma or Pa?
Pa! Lois or Lana?
Lois. Bizzarro or Metallo?
Metallo. Kara's Kryptonian Supergirl or Linda Danvers' Earth-angel Supergirl? (And how could you pick Lois!?)
I like tough girls...
i'd say neither. i'd rather take a page from the Superman TAS' book, and use a Kara from the same system as Kal, but not the same planet. Not Kryptonian. I maintain that one of Kal's biggest characteristics is that he IS the last of his kind. it may sound sad, but that idea of being alone is what allows people to connect to Superman...this o-so-powerful near-god.
he NEEDS to be the Last Son of Krypton.
but if you held a gun to my head and made me choose...Earthborn Angel. reason: see above.
Ok, since you didn't put a new option, I will.
Mad scientist Lex or Businessman Lex?
Business man Lex......Toyman or Prankster
Better "final" Superman story: Whatever Happened to the Man of Tomorrow? or Kingdom Come (PLEASE don't vote unless you've read both!)
Better pal for Clark....Pete Ross or Jimmy Olsen
Pete, comics version, not Smallville version. (Did you read Whatever Happened to the..., ck51100?)
Batman: friend or wary partner?
Yes I did....it was awesome, but I liked KC better.
Batman....definately wary partner.
Kirk Alyn or George Reeves
or Gerard Christopher?
And based on what (acting, look, better costume)?
I am torn by this one.....I think Newton was better physically as Superboy (His flying scene are the best since Chris Reeve) I think Christopher was a better actor.
Phyllis Coates or Noel Neil
this is for the christopher/newton one...
from the pics i've seen, christopher.
neil or coates....i'm iffy, cuz i haven't watched "The Mole Men" or "Vs. Atom Man" in awhile, but...
Byrne's relaunch Lana or 'Smallville' Lana?
Smallville Lana....but I think that is based on my crush on Kristen Kruek
Worse costume.....Kirk Alyn or George Reeves
Reeves, the cape and collar aren't good enough.
Superboy: A clone, or Superman when he was young?
Young Superman. Steel or the Eradicator?
alyn...the briefs looked like one gigantic diaper.
I know that it is silly and makes no sense, but I loved reading "The New Adventures of Superboy" growing up. So for sentimental reasons I have to say Superboy should be Superman when he was young.
Non or Ursa
Ursa. More sensual...not to mention intelligent, and was cooler being actually 'evil' and not 'dimwittedly misguided'.
